WHAT IS 2M?
Co-founded by Miriam Meima and Frankie Grundler, The 2 Million Leaders Project is a place for anyone ready to embrace their potential.
Miriam has been a 1:1 and team coach for executives for high-growth start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with many early-stage companies as they grew well beyond $1B valuations, navigated all sides of acquisitions and other types of exits, including going public. Her client list includes: Slack, Notion, Glassdoor, Glossier, Hims & Hers, many well known investment firms, olympians, academy award winners, and 1000s more.
Miriam’s credentials include an MA in Organizational & Management Development, a BA in Business & Psychology. She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Fellow at the Harvard Institute of Coaching and a member of Forbes Coaches Council. Her work exists in the sweet spot blending left-brain research and right-brain creativity.
After growing up in Ann Arbor, Michigan (United States), and living in Spain, Colorado and Hawaii, Miriam now lives in New York City with her husband. Miriam believes she is doing the work she was born to do and greets each new day with a sense of optimism.
There is a new wave of leadership upon us.
We have been taught by the tech world that it is possible to be ultra-successful without a college degree or business experience. Careers have begun to be measured as a series of sprints rather than as marathons. Business suits have been replaced with hoodies. Yet, we are still running into age-old issues: burn-out, imposter syndrome, uncertainty and reactive-decisions.
Anything is possible.
If you can design your own journey, what would you want for yourself? For your life? For your career?
AT 2M WE BELIEVE…
- In human potential for greatness
- Anyone and everyone can be a leader
- The success of every business is limited by the psychology of it’s leaders more than any other factor
- Business leaders in first world countries are in a unique position to affect positive change
- Choices at the individual level effect many
- Choices at the organizational level effect more
- We can each be part of the problem or part of the solution in every moment
