Organizational Culture
I have studied organizational culture for decades. It is one of my favorite subjects as I believe bottom-line success, customer satisfaction, employee retention and personal fulfillment all stem from culture. It was an honor to share a taste of my research on the subject in this talk. Specifically, I am addressing the need to maintain culture while you scale a business. I discuss the top three best practices: communication, structure and rituals.
